Refund Policy:

Competitor registration fees will be refunded for the following two reasons:

​

1. Medical:  If the tournament First Aid attendant determines that a player is unable to continue in his/her division that competitor may receive a refund for all other divisions the competitor is signed up for that have not yet run

2. No Competition: If the division the competitor has signed up for has no other competitors and there is not a reasonable alternative division that the competitor can be moved to the competitor will receive a refund for that division.

 

Competitor registration fees will not be refunded for the following:

1. The competitor is disqualified for a rules infraction.

2. The competitor chooses to withdraw from a division after the registration cut off date.

 

Note: While every effort is made to finish the tournament as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee that a specific division will be done by a specific time.  Competitors should treat a martial arts tournament as an all day event and plan accordingly.  Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.
